for point 3, you specify in location send mail when 1 waiting, and then it ll send it as it is queued.
Point 1 : In Lotus Notes 6, when you create an account in your Personnal Address Book, you have as default "leave mail on server", so you must untick it.
Point 2 : why doesnt it deliver right now? dunno, what is ur replication schedule?
